🕒 Return Time Frame

Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

Still have its original packaging.

Include all labels and safety seals intact.

🚚 Return Process

2. Please provide your order number, the product name, and reason for returning.

3. We will send you a return authorization and instructions for shipping.

💰 Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item.

Approved returns will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We also offer exchanges or store credit—please indicate your preference when submitting your request.

⚠️ Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong product.

Calm Candles Essential does not charge any restocking fee.

❗ Exceptions & Non-returnable Items

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Items which have been used, soiled, or do not have original packaging.

Clearance or “final sale” items, unless they are defective or incorrect.

Any product that is sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. wax applicators) once unsealed.
